Returns & Refund Policy

Strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy across all products. All items undergo multiple quality checks before dispatch; therefore, all sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted on any orders, including sale items.
- Customized or special-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products that do not meet the return guidelines will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged based on preference, taste, or personal dissatisfaction.
🛑 Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report the issue within 24 working hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
After verification:
- A refund will only be issued if the product is damaged and validated through proof.
- If eligible for replacement, you may choose:
- Exchange for the same product, or
- A store credit note
- Once an exchange or credit note is issued, the amount will not be refunded.
Claims without timely proof will not be eligible.
📌 Pricing & Seasonal Fluctuations
Product prices may vary based on seasonal market conditions. All listed prices are subject to change. Prior notice will be provided in case of price increases.
📦 Delivery & Non-Acceptance
If the courier partner is unable to deliver after three attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. Refusing to accept delivery is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
🌪 Uncontrollable Circumstances (Force Majeure)
Refunds or cancellations will not be processed due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities
- Strikes or public disruptions
- Lockdowns
- Recipient unavailability
- Other unforeseen force-majeure events
🛒 Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed by the customer.
www.ksktraders.in reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory limitations or operational issues. In such cases, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
